Terms and Conditions

Limitations of Liability

All patterns are sold “as is”. We work hard to make them as easy to follow as possible, but some experience in reading and using designs is required. 


Intellectual Property/Trademark Protection

All patterns and designs are copyrighted with all rights reserved. It is the intent that they are used for fun and to sell at craft shows. Mass producing for retail or wholesale purposes, catalog sales, photocopying, and all other types of mechanical reproductions are prohibited without written permission from Pat Dukes, owner and designer, d/b/a/ Happy Hollow Creations.


Pricing and Payment Terms, Including Shipping, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Pricing for each product is maintained in our store. It is subject to change without notice.

Payments for all orders must be received prior to shipment. Please shop in our online store for convenience. When purchasing from our Store, we will appear as GDP Pat Dukes on your credit card statement.


Snail mail orders will be processed as received and typically shipped within two business days.

Please contact us directly if the shipment you receive does not match what you ordered. 


Information Accuracy

We attempt to maintain the integrity of all of our product data. Should you find discrepancies, please let us know so we can fix the error.

Return and Refund

We stand behind our designs so you can be confident that they will work for you.  Should they not work, you may return them under the following conditions:

  • You request the return within 14 days of the order date, which is the day we received your order.
  • The item offered for sale and shipped to you is in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • Your reason for the return is acceptable (e.g., the design has errors, we sent you the wrong item, etc.).  


Return Process:

  • Contact us by email using this contact information.     
  • Explain the reason for the return request.
  • If approved, a return authorization number will be issued.
  • All returned items must contain the authorization number and be received within 30 days of the order date.
  • Once the product has been received, a final decision will be made on the outcome (i.e., accept or reject, replace or credit).  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items at our discretion.
  • If accepted for replacement, replacement items will be shipped from stock within 7 days (if stock is available).
  • If accepted for credit, we will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day we receive the returned goods.  We will use the same method of payment as you used for the order.  
  • Should we reject the return, we will send it back to you within 7 days only if requested.
